一般見学

KAIT広場・KAIT工房の一般見学について以下の要領で受付をします。

• 見学時間は1組1時間以内（1組5名まで）、1日18組限定です。
• 1回の見学でKAIT広場、KAIT工房の両方見学できます。 (どちらかだけでも○)
• ご予約の時間内でご自由に見学いただけます。
• お車で来学の場合は1組2台までとなります。外周の学生駐車場は駐車禁止です。正門よりお入りください。守衛より来客用駐車場をご案内いたします。
• キャンセルは予約確認メールよりご自身で行っていただけます。またはメール、お電話で直接お知らせください。無断でキャンセルされた場合、今後のご予約をお断りする場合がございます。
• 見学日が限られておりますので同月内のご予約はおひとり様1回でお願いいたします。複数日でご予約いただいた場合、キャンセルをお願いする事がございます。
• 風邪の症状や、インフルエンザ、新型コロナウィルス感染の疑いがある場合には、来校をお控えください。

※なお、現在、商用目的の撮影は全て受入を中止しております。一般見学の中でも、個人利用目的以外の撮影はご遠慮いただいております。あらかじめご了承ください。

予約から見学までの流れ

1. ↓下の 予約する のボタンから予約をお願いします。
   ※人数の登録はシステム上1名となりますが5名まで見学可です。代表者の方のみ入力をお願いします。
   ※予約が完了しましたら自動予約完了メールが届きます。
   　@kait.jp からのメールを受信いただけるようご自身で受信設定をお願いいたします。
2. ご予約した日時に大学へお越しください。
3. 守衛室で受付をお済ませください。
   見学者用ネームタグを身に着けて頂き、各自KAIT工房へお越しください。（KAIT工房で担当者がお待ちしております）
4. KAIT工房・KAIT広場を1時間自由にご見学いただけます。
   ※他の施設の見学はご遠慮ください。
   ※KAIT広場・KAIT工房は学生も使用しております。あらかじめご了承ください。

Information for general tour of KAIT Plaza and Workshop 【October】

※This tour is a different session from the one on our English website.

＜Attention！＞
We encounter many cases where Gmail users fail to receive our confirmation emails.
We encourage you to use non-Gmail address when applying.

Regardless of whether you don't receive our confirmation email, as long as your booking number is displayed, you can be assured that your reservation is successfully made.
We kindly ask you to take note or capture the screenshot of the confirmation screen as a precaution.
If we spot individuals entering the premises without making any appointments in advance,
we might ask them to leave immediately.
After the tour, you will be kindly asked to leave the campus promptly.

Visitors are strictly prohibited to shoot photos or videos for commercial purposes.
Wedding(pre-wedding) photo shootings and similar activities are banned in the same manner.

General Tourｓ for October

Event Dates : 7th (Wed), 16th (Fri), 22nd (Thu), 28th (Wed)
Reservation start date and time : September 24th (Thu) 10am

• The tour duration: within one hour per group (up to 5 people per group), 18 groups at most per day.
• Up to two vehicles per group are permitted for visitors arriving by car.
• Cancellation can be made through the confirmation email either via phone.
• If you cancel without notice, we may have to decline future reservations.
• In case you have the symptoms of a cold, flu, or Covid-19 infection, please refrain from visiting the university.
• We are currently not accepting any commercial photography. We kindly ask that any photos or videos taken during this tour be for personal use only.

How to make a reservation and visit us

1. Please make a reservation by clicking 予約する button below.
   ※Although the system allows you to register one person, we can accommodate 5 people at most.　Only the information for the representative is required.
   ※Once your reservation is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
   We kindly ask you to ensure that you receive emails from kait.jp by adjusting your email settings.
2. We expect you to arrive at your reservation time on the appointed date.
3. Please check in at the security office at the entrance gate on your arrival.
   Please wear the name tag and proceed to KAIT workshop following the instruction.
   (Our staff is welcoming you there.)
   ※Kindly refrain from entering other buildings than KAIT Plaza and workshop.
   ※Please note that students also use these facilities.
