※予約完了メールが届かないケースがありますが、予約番号が表示されれば予約は完了していますので、必ず控えておいてください。

また、予約内容確認画面のスクリーンショットを撮っていただくことをお薦めします。

KAIT広場・KAIT工房の一般見学について以下の要領で受付をします。

◆一般見学

4月の予定

   19日(金)、23日(火)、27日(土)

5月の予定

   11日(土)、16日(木)、18日(土)、21日(火)、24日(金)、29日(水)

見学時間 ：12:00～15:30

※30分間隔で予約時間を設けます。

予約受付開始は3月27日(水)10:00です。

・見学時間は1組1時間以内（1組5名まで）１日18組、土曜・祝日は22組限定

・1回の見学でKAIT広場、KAIT工房の両方見学できます。

   (どちらかだけでも○)

・予約した時間内で自由に見学して頂けます。

・お車で来学の場合は１組２台までとなります。

・キャンセルは予約確認メールから出来ます。またはメール、電話でお知らせください。無断でキャンセルされた場合、今後の予約はお断りする場合がございます。

※風邪の症状や、新型コロナウィルス感染の疑いがある場合には来校をお控えください。

【予約から見学までの流れ】

①　↓下の  予約する  のボタンから予約をお願いします。

※人数の登録はシステム上１名となりますが５名まで見学可です。代表者の方のみ入力をお願いします。

※予約が完了しましたら予約完了メールが届きますので　@kait.jp からのメールが受信できるよう受信設定をお願いします。

②予約した日時に大学へおいでください。

③守衛室で受付　見学者用ネームタグを身に着けて頂き、各自KAIT工房へ（KAIT工房で担当者が待っています）。

KAIT工房・KAIT広場を1時間自由に見学して頂けます。

※他の施設の見学はご遠慮ください。

※KAIT広場・KAIT工房は学生も使用しています。ご了承ください。

Information for general tour of KAIT Plaza and Workshop

【Important Notice】

Regardless of whether you don't receive our confirmation email, as long as your reservation number is displayed, you can be assured that your resevation is successfully made.

We kindly ask you to take note of the reservation number.

It is advisable for you to capture the screenshot of the confirmation screen as a precaution.

◆General Tour

We will commence the registration of the reservation at 10am on March 27th (Wed).

・April schedule:   19th(Fri), 23rd(Tue), 27th(Sat)

・May schedule:  11th(Sat), 16th(Thu), 18th(Sat), 21st(Tue), 24th(Fri), 29th(Wed)

・The tour duration time: within one hour per group (up to 5 people per group), 18 groups at most per day.

・Saturday and holiday exclusive: limited to 22 groups per day.

・If you come by car, up to 2 cars per group are permitted.

・Cancellation can be made through the confirmation email.

Alternatively, you can inform us via email or phone.

Please note, if cancellations are made without notice, we may have to decline your reservation hereafter.

※In case you have the symptoms of a cold or Covid-19 infection, please refrain from visiting the university.

【The flow from reservation to the tour】

①Please make a reservation by clicking   予約する    button below.

※Although the system allows you to register one person, we can accommodate 5 people at most.

We would like you to input the information for the representative only.

※Once your reservation is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

We request you to ensure that you can receive emails from @kait.jp by adjusting your email settings.

②We expect you to arrive at your reservation time.

③Please check in at the security office once you arrive, and wear the name tag, then proceed to KAIT workshop respectively.(Our staff is waiting for you there.)

※Kindly refrain from entering other buildings than KAIT Plaza and workshop.

※Please note that students also use this facility.
